To better help troubleshoot possible issues with Zoom, there is a feedback feature that gives each participant a survey after some Zoom sessions. It’s pretty straightforward. When the meeting ends, each participant should receive a pop up like this:
Encourage students to click “Good” if they had no issues. It’s good for everyone to know that things are going okay, because often the only feedback received is negative. If they did experience a problem, though, they should click “Bad”. When they do that, they’ll see this:
This will give more specific information as to what the issue was, and they can include more details if necessary.
