With technology being a widely available tool in schools, it’s important that we as teachers reflect on HOW our students are using it. It is great to have kids be able to type up essays and submit them through Google Classroom, or get reinforcement on math concepts in tools like Xtramath, ASSIStments, or iXL, but using technology in this way should be just a starting point to get the kids collaborating, communicating, thinking critically, and being creative.
Using the tool below, you are able to reflect on a lesson that you have done in the recent past. Consider the questions and their responses in planning your next tech infused lesson. And, as always, reach out to your tech gurus in your school to help you plan it out. 😀
